- No Refunds on Food Items and Stationery: We do not offer refunds on food items and stationery unless they are received in bad condition.
- Return and Refund Process: If you receive a product in bad condition, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, you can return the product on the same day.
- Refund Timeframe: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund amount will be credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
